UMGD Restructures, Expands Exec Team

UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP DISTRIBUTION (UMGD) names AMANDA MARKS as EVP/GM, LAURA SAEZ to SVP/Sales, and MITCH ROTTER to VP/Marketing as its combines physical and digital distribution services.
MARKS previously was EVP/GM of Digital Distribution for UMGD. SAEZ rises from VP/Sales for UMD. ROTTER joins from THUMPLAY where he was SVP/Content Acquisition And Strategy.
