MY TOWN MEDIA has closed on its purchase of Classic Hits-Classic Rock KINZ/HUMBOLDT-CHANUTE, KS from SUTCLIFFE COMMUNICATIONS. The buyer also has announced that seller MIKE SUTCLIFFE is joining the company as Station Manager.
MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's MIKE LYTLE represented SUTCLIFFE and served as exclusive broker for the deal.
HOLY SPIRIT RADIO FOUNDATION has closed on its purchase of WCOJ-A/COATESVILLE-WEST CHESTER, PA (west suburban PHILADELPHIA) from WS2K RADIO for $800,000.
The buyer flipped WCOJ from Talk to Religion in a simulcast of now-sister WISP-A/DOYLESTOWN (north suburban PHILADELPHIA) in OCTOBER.
Radio Assist Ministry Sells Three Translators
RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling three FM translators, with W240BM/HEADLAND, AL sold to PATRICK SULLIVAN for $14,000; K287AQ/HOPE, AR sold to FREED AM CORPORATION for $18,000; and K288FP/SHERIDAN, AR to NOALMARK BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $17,500.
