LEARFIELD SPORTS has inked a seven year deal for marketing and multimedia rights to BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY sports, starting with the 2010-11 season. The BRONCOS are presently in a deal with PEAK BROADCASTING, with football airing on Talk KIDO-A/BOISE. LEARFIELD will form BRNCO SPORTS PROPERTIES to hold the rights, which include radio, certain TV programming, signage and sponsorships at BRONCO STADIUM and TACO BELL ARENA, event marketing, website ads, and other rights.
"LEARFIELD SPORTS is a leader and innovator in the media rights field. We are excited about partnering with such an excellent company," said Director of Athletics GENE BLEYMAIER.
"BOISE STATE is a first-rate school with an exceptional athletics program that has been making noise for many years not only in the region, but nationally," said LEARFIELD SPORTS President GREG BROWN. "GENE and his entire team should be proud of the program they have built, and we look forward to collaborating with them."
