ENTERCOM Talk WBEN-A and Sports WGR-A/BUFFALO Promotions Dir. ANDREA GLINSKI has been charged with a hit-and-run accident in TONAWANDA, NY that injured two women a week ago SATURDAY.
The BUFFALO NEWS reports that GLINSKI was arrested THURSDAY and charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident and failure to use due care towards a pedestrian after police learned that an auto parts store had ordered parts for the repair of a 2003 JEEP Liberty, the vehicle suspected in the accident, which put one woman, AMY STEWART, 22, into a coma and another, RACHEL BAIRD, 21, in fair condition at the hospital.
GLINSKI was arraigned FRIDAY in AMHERST TOWN COURT and did not enter a plea due to a jurisdictional objection, but plans to plead not guilty, according to her attorney PAUL CAMBRIA. Bail was set at $100,000.
