LINDSAY LOHAN's arrest warrant was removed YESTERDAY (3/16) after her lawyer proved the actress had not breached her probation stemming from her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. LOHAN was not present at the hearing.
Judge MARSHA REVEL said, "The warrant is quashed and set aside. I've seen additional proof that LOHAN has been compliant with her program. There is no indication of dirty drug tests."
The BEVERLY HILLS court had issued a $50,000 warrant for the 22-year-old star's arrest on FRIDAY after she missed three mandatory alcohol counseling sessions.
But her lawyer SHAWN CHAPMAN HOLLEY said the charges were "born out of a misunderstanding." She said LOHAN had left the alcohol program for another due to a "personality conflict," but the court had not received the new information.
