SALEM's NEW INSPIRATION BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. has been fined $9,000 by the FCC for public file violations at Brokered Ethnic KXMX-A/ANAHEIM, CA.
The Commission also rejected M AND M MEDIA LLC's petition for reconsideration of the grant of a new AM station to competing applicant JOHNSON COMMUNICATIONS, INC. at BETHEL HEIGHTS, AR on procedural grounds. The Commission ruled that the grant was an interlocutory order, not yet a formal grant, and therefore not subject to appeal; M AND M can separately file a petition to deny.
And STEVEN A. SKALECKI has been fined $10,000 for running a pirate station on 92.9 FM in MILWAUKEE.
