Longtime pirate BERKELEY LIBERATION RADIO/BERKELEY, CA has received another enforcement letter from the FCC, reports the BERKELEY DAILY PLANET. The letter warns the station that it faces a $10,000 fine and prison for the operators. The station has been raided several times, most recently in 2005, and has returned each time.
"BERKELEY LIBERATION RADIO is alive and well," said station personality SOUL. "We will not run like rats."
