Minor league baseball's HAGERSTOWN SUNS are returning to HAGERSTOWN BROADCASTING CO. Full Service WJEJ-A/HAGERSTOWN for the 2009 season. The SUNS aired on WJEJ for their first 15 seasons; the team more recently aired on PRETTYMAN BROADCASTING Oldies WICL (TRUE OLDIES 95.9). RYAN MOCK will return for his third season as the voice of the SUNS.
"The SUNS are proud to be associated with a radio station that is so strongly tied to the local community," SUNS president BOB FLANNERY said. "Our partnership with WJEJ gives SUNS fans one more reason to be excited about 2009."
"I've always been a fan of the SUNS, and I'm looking forward to a new beginning," said WJEJ Owner/GM JOHN STAUB. "We will be providing the very best in equipment and the very best in radio play."
