Randy Owen Donates $21K To Jacksonville State University

BBR (BROKEN BOW RECORDS)/NASHVILLE artist and former Country group ALABAMA front man RANDY OWEN presented a check for $21,000 to his alma mater, JACKSONVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY in JACKSONVILLE, AL. The money will go toward helping students pay for tuition.
OWEN was visiting JSU recently for the ON THE BRINK writer's conference, where he read pages from his "BORN COUNTRY" memoir, talked about his first solo album, "One On One," growing up in Northeast ALABAMA and his years at the university.
