ARBITRON has signed a multi-year, multi-market agreement with BONNEVILLE INTERNATIONAL for a new software service for PORTABLE PEOPLE METER ratings: PDA Web. PDA Web is an online version of PD Advantage, a programming tool that tracks the topline view of stations’ performances with key audience metrics.
"PD Advantage is a Program Director’s Swiss Army Knife, designed to answer very specific questions about a station’s audience," said ARBITRON EVP/Sales PIERRE BOUVARD. "You can’t manage what you can’t measure, and PDA Web gives PDs in PPM markets granular information about how their station’s metrics are trending."
"The combination of PPM Estimates and PD Advantage Web will provide BONNEVILLE with audience insights that help us make better programming decisions faster," said BONNEVILLE VP/Programming GREG SOLK. "With each new PPM market coming online, we are able to use what we’ve learned in L.A., CHICAGO and D.C. and bring those programming enhancements online right away. Having the tools right out of the box for upcoming PPM markets will be invaluable."
