MARK LEYSE has filed another suit against CLEAR CHANNEL and its CRITICAL MASS MEDIA division complaining about automated telemarketing calls.
LEYSE, who has filed suits against parties like DOMINO'S PIZZA (for slipping menus under apartment doors) and a collection agency (for use of pre-recorded calls to collect debts), saw his previous suit against CLEAR CHANNEL for automated telemarketing calls by AC WLTW (LITE FM)/NEW YORK dismissed in 2006, with the dismissal upheld recently by a federal court, and has filed again, this time on APRIL 3rd in Southern District Court in HAMILTON COUNTY, OHIO. The suit once again alleges violations of the TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT in its use of unsolicited pre-recorded message calls to consumers.
