CLEO BROADCASTING, LLC is selling the construction permit for a new AM at MIDLOTHIAN, VA (RICHMOND) to J.R. MCCLURE's RICHMOND 1410, LLC for $10,000. The station has authorization for 350 watts fulltime on 1410 AM.

In another deal filed with the FCC, SAN JUAN BASIN TECHNICAL COLLEGE is assigning noncommercial KSJD/CORTEZ, CO and FM translators K216DA/DOLORES, CO and K216DB/PLEASANT VIEW, CO to COMMUNITY RADIO PROJECT, INC. The assignee has operated the stations since JULY 1, 2006 and is exercising its option to acquire the stations. The college will get "reasonable access" to the station, two professional internships, and at least 500 underwriting announcements per year. In a separate transaction noted in the KSJD filing, CRP is assigning its construction permit for KZET/CORTEZ, CO to the college for "nominal consideration."
