Rep. JIM MORAN (D-VA) has introduced a bill to ban airing of commercials for erectile dysfunction medications on radio or television stations between 6a and 10p as indecent.
The "Families for ED Advertising Decency Act," H.R. 2175, was introduced last WEDNESDAY and is co-sponsored by Rep. ROBERT BRADY (D-PA); it includes an exception for the mere mention of the trademark or generic name of ED medications or product placement.
