Price For New 'Wibbage': $1.475 Million

COASTAL BROADCASTING Oldies WILW/AVALON-WILDWOOD-ATLANTIC CITY, NJ has been sold to RICK BRANCADORA's WIBG LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY for $1.475 million. BRANCADORA, owner of Religion WIBG-A/OCEAN CITY, took over the station under a Time Brokerage Agreement last month and relaunched the station as WIBG-F (WIBBAGE), using the heritage calls and slogan of PHILADELPHIA's 1960's Top 40 giant (now SALEM Talk WNTP-A).
In another deal filed with the FCC, HISPANIC CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC. is selling Spanish Religion KTNR/KENEDY, TX to a partnership consisting of ISSAC RUIZ MORA, SAMUEL RUIZ MORA, FELIX FERNANDO MORA, and OPHELIA MORA DE RUIZ for $200,000, and IGLESIA JESUCRISTO ES MI REFUGIO, INC. is selling FM translators K269FD/LULING, TX; K222BS/LACKLAND CITY, TX; and K229BJ/HOLLYWOOD PARK, TX to the MORAS under separate contract for $300,000.
