KENNETH C. HILL's WMCH RADIO, INC. is selling Religion WMCH-A/CHURCH HILL, TN to MEDIA LINK, INCORPORATED for $200,000 ($7,500 down, $2,500 at closing, the rest in 60 monthly payments of $2,000 with a balloon payment in the 61st month).
EMF Buys Rockford Duo
EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is shopping again, this time with the purchase of ROCKFORD FIRST's CHRISTIAN COMMUNICATION NETWORK Contemporary Christian WQFL and Religion WGSL/ROCKFORD, IL for an undisclosed price. The sale has not yet been filed with the FCC.
ROCKFORD FIRST's Rev. JEREMY DEWEERDT said, "We are excited about EMF’s acquisition of the stations because they bring the resources of a national radio group to Christian radio ministry in ROCKFORD and are like-minded with the CHRISTIAN COMMUNICATION NETWORK's values. By transferring ownership of the radio stations to EMF, the largest Christian radio network in the U.S. that has a proven track record of top-notch Christian programming and spiritual life change, the legacy of WQFL and WGSL will continue to flourish."
