The NASHVILLE woman accused of stalking MCA/NASHVILLE artist GARY ALLAN acknowledged in court YESTERDAY (5/27) that she threw patio furniture into his pool after she saw another woman's car at his home.
KATHERINE ANNE WALKER, 47, appeared in SUMNER COUNTY GENERAL SESSIONS COURT over accusations that she flung potted plants, tossed an outdoor heater from a second-story balcony, broke a kitchen window and doused the furniture.
On the night of MAY 3rd, WALKER said she was led to believe that ALLAN was going to meet her at a local bar for drinks, but then she "lost it" when she saw the other woman's vehicle at his home. WALKER claims ALLAN has stalked her for two years and has "basically ruined her life." She was arrested by the HENDERSONVILLE, TN POLICE DEPARTMENT on MAY 4th.
WALKER was identified through security camera footage from ALLAN's home. The charges against WALKER include burglary, stalking and vandalism over $1,000. As a condition of her $2,500 bond, she is banned from contact with ALLAN or anyone associated with him.
