Bronfman's Heading To London -- Part Time

LONDON's calling -- at least it is for WARNER MUSIC CEO EDGAR BRONFMAN JR., writes TODAY's NEW YORK POST. "BRONFMAN, his wife and their children plan to move across the pond before the end of the SUMMER. The music mogul has gotten himself a posh house in the ritzy KENSINGTON section of LONDON.
"The WARNER MUSIC boss will divide his working time between the record label's offices in NEW YORK and LONDON.
"The move by BRONFMAN comes amid a slew of speculation that WMG is planning to take another run at acquiring beleaguered rival EMI, the record label that is one of LONDON's most storied companies. WMG's recent $1.1 billion bond offering and $658 million cash pile give the label greater financial flexibility to make an acquisition."
