Veteran news correspondent and former KGO-A/SAN FRANCISCO afternoon host GREG JARRETT is joining TRIBUNE Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO to take over the morning show starting JUNE 22nd. Current morning host JOHN WILLIAMS will move to 9a-noon into the slot formerly occupied by KATHY O'MALLEY and JUDY MARKEY.

GREG brings his incredible knowledge of current events and a unique style that plays well with the strengths of our already familiar and successful morning show," said VP/GM TOM LANGMYER. "We’re also pleased to name JOHN WILLIAMS as host from 9am to 12 noon. JOHN is a versatile broadcaster who has done a tremendous job at WGN in several roles. We’re excited for his return to long-form talk, where he can share his perspectives, strengths and in-depth interview skills."

"The most fun I’ve had at WGN was working middays and I’m anxious to get back to that time slot," said WILLIAMS.
