Hank Cochran Honored For 50 Years Of Hits

Legendary Country songwriter HANK COCHRAN was honored at a surprise party at BMI/NASHVILLE yesterday (6/15), praising his 50 years of hits.
Among the guests appearing at the event included ELVIS COSTELLO, MERLE HAGGARD, BOBBY BARE, COWBOY JACK CLEMENT, JEANNIE SEALY (who is also HANK's ex-wife), DEAN DILLON, LEE ANN WOMACK, GENE WATSON, RED LANE and JAMEY JOHNSON. WILLIE NELSON also phoned in to say hi to HANK, since he was not able to attend the festivities.
