Bonneville Sells Idaho Cluster

BONNEVILLE is selling its IDAHO FALLS-POCATELLO-BLACKFOOT, ID cluster to FRANK L. VANDERSLOOT's RIVERBEND COMMUNICATIONS for $13.5 million. The cluster includes AC KLCE (CLASSY 97), Top 40 KFTZ (Z-103), Talk simulcast KSLJ-A and KSSL-A, Country KTHK (105.5 THE HAWK), and Alternative KCVI (K-BEAR 101), plus translators and boosters in POCATELLO. The deal also includes a pre-closing Time Brokerage Agreement.
