Could CITADEL MEDIA syndicated talk host and GUARDIAN ANGELS founder CURTIS SLIWA be considering a run for Public Advocate in NEW YORK CITY in order to kill off the position?
SLIWA, who is based at CITADEL Talk WABC-A/NEW YORK, tells the NEW YORK POST, which is running an editorial endorsing the host for the position, that he might run as an independent for the office, but insists that "if elected, I would close and padlock the office, fire all the employees, and, most importantly, fire myself." SLIWA needs to collect 7,500 signatures on a petition by JULY 16th to make the ballot.
