Report: Whittemore Exits WRKO/Boston, WEEI's Wolfe Adds Duties

The BOSTON HERALD's INSIDE TRACK gossip column is reporting that ENTERCOM Talk WRKO-A/BOSTON Ops Dir. BRIAN WHITTEMORE is stepping down to return to his MINNESOTA home and that PD JASON WOLFE of sister Sports WEEI-A-F is being upped to VP of Operations for both stations. 

WHITTEMORE joined WRKO on LABOR DAY and made several lineup changes, including the revamping of mornings into a news-oriented block anchored by SCOTT ALLEN MILLER and the introduction of a new evening show "TASTE OF BOSTON TONIGHT," as well as the jettisoning of some weekend programming in favor of specialty and paid programming.
