Jimmy Wayne Takes His Fans To Dinner

VALORY MUSIC CO. artist JIMMY WAYNE took the stage at the GRAND OLE OPRY on TUESDAY (7/14) and invited fans to join him for dinner afterward. "Come on and join me for some sweet tea and a baked sweet potato at SANTA FE," JIMMY said, referring to a popular restaurant near the OPRY HOUSE.
By the time WAYNE arrived at the restaurant, about a dozen fans were waiting in the parking lot and lobby to see if he would really show up. Within 15 minutes, around two dozen fans were seated around tables pushed together to accomodate the crowd.
At the end of the evening, WAYNE went out to retrieve his guitar and invited his fiddle player, JAKE CLAYTON to join him in performing a few songs. JIMMY said: "Getting to meet new people and hang out with them in a casual setting like this is one of the best things about what I do for a living. Sure, I could just wave at them from the stage, and pose for a picture. But this really gives me a chance to hear what they think, learn about their lives and enjoy this great opportunity I've been given."
