B93 Concertgoer Files Class Action Lawsuit

CLEAR CHANNEL Country WBCT (B93)/GRAND RAPIDS continues to feel fallout from the B93 Birthday Bash that was rained out on JUNE 20th, causing more than 1,000 vehicles to be flooded in the parking lot (NET NEWS 6/22).
According to local NBC-TV affiliate WOOD, concertgoer ANTHONY HANKSKNECHT has filed a class action lawsuit in the IONIA COUNTY Circuit Court, stating that the station was negligent regarding parking for the concert, did not properly monitor weather forecasts and did not warn concertgoers. He also alleges that B93 engaged in willful and wanton misconduct since station officials has the ability to avoid the issues but did not.
