The daily version of TALK RADIO NETWORK's MONICA CROWLEY show is being discontinued by the syndicator but her weekend show will continue on over 120 affiliates this weekend as usual. The end of the weekday show is being attributed to CROWLEY's television and print work, which are placing increasing demands on her schedule.
"MONICA's daily show has been a wildly successful entry into the talk radio market," said TALK RADIO NETWORK ENTERTAINMENT, INC. CEO MARK MASTERS. "Her daily program, which was broadcast in four of the top ten markets in the UNITED STATES and well over 20 stations overall, brought entertainment and information to a whole new audience, with wit and style that made her indispensible to her listeners. MONICA remains one of the most successful female talk show hosts on the air. We wish her only success in her television career, and we are proud to continue syndicating her tremendous weekend show, which currently has over 120 affiliates."
"While my weekday radio show was a true labor of love, I have been overwhelmed with some special opportunities to do other things, including television and publishing. I am truly looking forward to continuing my radio career with TRN-E on the weekend program as I pursue all of these exciting and new avenues," said CROWLEY.
