ALL ACCESS Rumble From The Row columnist JIMMY CARTER happened to be at the BIG VALLEY JAMBOREE in CAMROSE, ALBERTA, CA, where a "sudden" tornado collapsed the stage, injured BILLY CURRINGTON and several musicians, and tragically killed a fan who was sitting on some nearby bleachers.
In today's column, CARTER describes the debacle and ties it in with other recent weather-impacted concert mishaps. "This is bad and getting worse," he declared. "Sometimes the show can NOT go on!"
