NRG MEDIA is formally exercising its option to officially acquire Talk KOIL-A, Sports KOZN-A (1620 THE ZONE), Talk KKAR-A, Modern AC KQKQ (Q98.5), Regional Mexican KMMQ-A (LA PRECIOSA), Country KBLR, Adult Hits KOOO (THE BIG O 101.9), and Top 40/Rhythmic KOPW (POWER 106.9)/OMAHA from WAITT OMAHA, LLC, JCM BROADCASTING CO., LLC, and PLATTE BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC.  NRG has operated the stations under an LMA since 2005; WAITT MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC is a member of NRG.

In translator deals filed with the FCC, BLUE CHIP BROADCASTING LICENSES, LTD. has purchased W262BN/LORAIN, OH from EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. for $100,000, with the intention of rebroadcasting noncommercial WKSU/KENT, OH; and RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling K296FB/CHANUTE, KS to PEARL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC. for $25,000, with the facility to rebroadcast AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION noncommercial Religion KBJQ/BRONSON-PITTSBURG, KS.
