The FCC has fined RADHAMES SEVERINO $10,000 for operating an unlicensed transmitter on 101.5 FM in HOUSTON. SEVERINO never responded to the Commission's Notice of Apparent Liability in the matter.
In addition, the Commission granted the license renewal of DJ BROADCASTING, INC.'s Country KSDZ/GORDON, NE over the objection of Rev. VONNE BLESSMAN ANDERSON, who alleged that the station exercised unfair practices in the sale and airing of funeral notices.
And LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY's noncommercial KLSU/BATON ROUGE gets both a renewal and a proposed $10,000 fine for missing quarterly issues/programs lists after RAYMOND A. BIGALKE filed a petition to deny the station's renewal over the deficiency in its public file.
