LOS ANGELES Superior Court Judge MITCHELL BECKLOFF has approved the sale of MICHAEL JACKSON merchandise by co-executors of JACKSON's will and BRAVADO INTERNATIONAL GROUP, a division of UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP -- but did not make a decision on a traveling exhibition dedicated to the late pop star, over objections from KATHERINE JACKSON.
On AUGUST 7th, BECKLOFF put the OK on a deal between JACKSON's estate, AEG LIVE and COLUMBIA PICTURES, for a movie to be released OCTOBER 30th using footage from the pop star's final rehearsals. REUTERS reports "the executors of JACKSON's will, longtime attorney JOHN BRANCA and music executive JOHN MCCLAIN, have said the deals will generate millions of dollars for the estate."
