Clear Channel Changes Exec. Hierarchy In Charlotte, Cleveland

CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO has moved CLEVELAND Pres./Market Manager MIKE KENNEY to an identical post at its cluster in CHARLOTTE, NC, which consists of Alternative WEND, Top 40/Rhythmic WIBT, Country WKKT, AC WLYT and Classic Rocker WRFX. He succeeds longtime CLEAR CHANNEL/CHARLOTTE RVP/Market Mgr. MORGAN BOHANNON .
Assuming KENNEY's duties in CLEVELAND will be GARY MINCER, who is being promoted from his previous duties as Dir./Sales for the stations. GEORGE ALLEN has been promoted to Dir./Sales for the CLEVELAND radio group.
