CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WZEE (Z104)/MADISON night slammer TYLER KRUZE is the subject of controversy, after he asked listeners to send naked pictures of themselves in order to win concert tickets.
"He asked them to send pictures of themselves doing housework in the nude, in the buff," said OM MIKE FERRIS to WKOW-TV. "It was a cute little idea for them to have some fun."
A MADISON area woman heard the contest on the radio, reports WKOW, and sent the station an e-mail saying she was shocked -- calling the contest a form of pornography.
"This had nothing to do with that, this was just doing housework in the buff, it was silly and impromptu. That's all it was, it had nothing to do with sex," FERRIS said.
Z104 said KRUZE did not get permission to run the contest, but pointed out that the station followed "strict guidelines" to make sure all contestants were over the legal age limit.
