KWPK Collects Toys In 104 Hours

HORIZON BROADCASTING GROUP Hot AC KWPK (THE PEAK 104.1)/BEND, OR held its fourth annual "104 Hours for Kids" promotion and collected over 2,000 toys that will be distributed to less fortunate children in CENTRAL OREGON throughout the holiday season.
THE PEAK 104.1 PD/mornings DAVE CLEMENS lived in a RV adjacent to FOOD 4 LESS at the CASCADE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER in BEND for five days, encouraging listeners to help kids during the holiday season.
"It was great to see our listeners come together to support the communities we serve in CENTRAL OREGON," CLEMENS said. "The toys we collected will make a huge difference for less fortunate families this holiday season, and we thank everyone who contributed to make 104 Hours for Kids a great success."
