CMA CEO Tammy Genovese Resigns After 24 Years

COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION (CMA) CEO TAMMY GENOVESE resigned YESTERDAY (12/2) after 24 years with the company. CMA Board of Directors Chairman-Elect & AEG LIVE! SVP STEVE MOORE has agreed to serve as the Interim Director of the CMA as the Board conducts a nationwide search for a new executive director.
CMA Board Chairman & LYRIC STREET RECORDS Pres. RANDY GOODMAN said: "We are extremely grateful to TAMMY for the commitment and talent she has brought to our organization through the years. TAMMY has made a positive impact in our industry and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors. We thank her for her many contributions to CMA."
