FINEST CITY BROADCASTING, which owns Alternative XETRA (91X), Rhythmic AC XHRM (MAGIC 92.5) and Top 40/Rhythmic XHITZ (Z90)/SAN DIEGO, is being forced to sell its assets because it defaulted on a loan. According to SDRADIO.NET, the loan, made in DECEMBER 2005 has been called due.
As stated in a legal notice published in the SAN DIEGO UNION-TRIBUNE, Bids for the stations are due in the morning of January 7th. KEVIN PETERSON of K & L GATES LLP is handling the sale in SAN DIEGO.
