Black Crow Files For Debtor-In-Possession Status

BLACK CROW MEDIA's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing has led the company to apply to the FCC for debtor-in-possession status for its radio licenses. The stations are held in the names of several different entities, including BLACK CROW RADIO, LLC (WHOG-WKRO-WNDB-A-WVYB/DAYTONA BEACH), BCA RADIO, LLC (WAHR-WLOR-A-WRTT-W251AC/HUNTSVILLE), THOMAS RADIO, LLC (WFKX-WHHM-WZDQ/HENDERSON, TN), RAINBOW MEDIA, INC. (WWYN/MCKENZIE-JACKSON, TN), and RTG RADIO, LLC (10 full-power stations and one translator in VALDOSTA, GA and LIVE OAK, FL).
Also filed with the FCC was the sale of five TEXAS FM translators by HISPANIC CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC. to MULTIMEDEOS RADIO OLA. K254AZ/ALICE, K258BL/FREDERICKSBURG, K294BI/SCHULENBURG, K271AQ/CUERO, and K296FQ/FREDERICKSBURG are changing hands for $95,000.
