TelluRide To Perform Benefit For Fallen Officers

AMERICAN ROOTS RECORDS group TELLURIDE will perform a benefit concert for the families of the four fallen LAKEWOOD, WA police officers killed in the line of duty last NOVEMBER. The show will be held FEBRUARY 27th at the LUCKY EAGLE CASINO in ROCHESTER, WA.
Proceeds benefit the WASHINGTON STATE BEHIND THE BADGE FOUNDATION, which will go to help the families of officers RENNINGER, OWENS, GRISWOLD and RICHARDS, as well as other officers and families who have been injured or lost in the line of duty.
Three of TELLURIDE's band members, ADAM CRAIG, BRIAN SMITH and RYAN JONES, are from WASHINGTON state. CRAIG said: "The LAKEWOOD tragedy was such an eye-opener to the needs of the families of fallen officers in the area. We knew that we wanted to do something to help, so we jumped at the opportunity to participate in this benefit show. We're hoping for a great turnout to help support such a worthy cause."
