ARISTA/NASHVILLE artist ALAN JACKSON’s new video for “It’s Just That Way” will be released MONDAY (2/22). The video was filmed at an old antebellum farmhouse in SPRING HILL, TN (near NASHVILLE) and at various locations in TAMPA, FL. It was directed by ROMAN WHITE, and the story depicted in the video was written by JACKSON’s oldest daughter, MATTIE.
ALAN said: “We looked at a lot of treatments, but hers was the best. I was so proud when everyone picked it.” Click here to get a sneak peak of the new video.
MATTIE wrote in her concept, “The video depicts a backwards reality, with metaphors of nature's undeniable realities. And illustrates a love that is as pure and dependable as the sun rising in the sky.” MATTIE is a sophomore at the UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE in KNOXVILLE. She will make her debut as a journalist in the JUNE issue of PAULA DEAN COOKING magazine.
ALAN’s new album, “Freight Train,” will hit stores MARCH 30th.
