Oral Arguments In 'Wardrobe Malfunction' Rehearing Today

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals, as directed by the Supreme Court last year, is reconsidering the FCC indecency fine against CBS for the JANET JACKSON SUPER BOWL "wardrobe malfunction" incident it previously threw out in 2008 TODAY (2/23).
A three-judge panel of the Court is hearing oral arguments in the CBS v. FCC case this afternoon; the arguments will be aired on tape TOMORROW evening on S-SPAN RADIO and on FEBRUARY 28th on C-SPAN television. Attorney ROBERT CORN-REVERE will represent CBS, with Associate Counsel JACOB LEWIS representing the FCC.
