Longtime CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KXIC-A/IOWA CITY OM/morning host ROY JUSTIS quit the station on the air FRIDAY morning, telling listeners he had a difference of opinion with management over "truth and fairness."

JUSTIS left the air later in the show before his show was scheduled to end; the IOWA CITY PRESS-CITIZEN reports that JUSTIS claims not to have received a raise in five years and that he says he e-mailed management that he was considering another job and was yanked from the show by management, while CLEAR CHANNEL RVP JJ COOK says JUSTIS told them in the e-mail that he had been offered another job and left the show of his own accord.
