Marty Stuart Announces Creation Of The Mississippi Country Music Trail

Country artist MARTY STUART has announced the creation of the MISSISSIPPI COUNTRY MUSIC TRAIL. The trail will have 30 markers throughout the state of MISSISSIPPI, including one in TUPELO at the birthplace of ELVIS PRESLEY.
The COUNTRY MUSIC TRAIL will be similar to the MISSISSIPPI BLUES TRAIL, which has more than 100 markers in MISSISSIPPI and four other states.
The markers in the COUNTRY MUSIC TRAIL will feature a variety of artists, including JIMMIE RODGERS, CHARLEY PRIDE, CONWAY TWITTY, FAITH HILL, TAMMY WYNETTE, MAC McANALLY, JERRY CLOWER and MARTY STUART. There has not been a timeline established yet for the installation of the markers.
