The retrial of Internet talk show host HAL TURNER ended in another mistrial WEDNESDAY (3/10). The mistrial, declared after a jury was unable to reach a verdict, is the second for TURNER, who faced charges of making terrorist threats against three federal judges in CHICAGO.
A previous trial ended in a mistrial in DECEMBER. A new trial date has been set for APRIL 12th, but the prosecution has yet to disclose whether it will proceed with another attempt to convict TURNER.
TURNER contends that he was set up and was working as an undercover agent for the FBI when he made the comments threatening the judges.
