Friends of former CHUM RADIO/CTV GLOBEMEDIA Sports CKST-A (TEAM 1040)/VANCOUVER host and marketing and sales executive PAUL CARSON are holding a Tribute Night on APRIL 16th to raise money to help pay for CARSON's treatment for pancreatic cancer, reports the VANCOUVER SUN. CARSON was one of several staffers let go by CHUM RADIO last year, and joined former CFL B.C. LIONS Pres. FRANK GIGLIOTTI's CALIFORNIA CULT CLASSICS winery in NORTH VANCOUVER as VP/Marketing the day he got his diagnosis, FEBRUARY 1st.
With some of CARSON's treatment not covered by insurance, GIGLIOTTI organized the event along with TEAM 1040 Sales Manager JP WRIGHT, DONNELLY HOSPITALITY GROUP Marketing Dir. WENDY DERZAI, ALLWEST INSURANCE's PAUL and DEVINA ZALESKY, and TAC MOBILITY's JIM MILNE. The evening will take place at THE REPUBLIC, and contributors may call GIGLIOTTI at (604) 988-4470.
