Rob Roberts Exits Clear Channel/South Florida

Shocker!!! After 10 years with CLEAR CHANNEL/SOUTH FLORIDA, the last five as RVPP and WHYI (Y100)/MIAMI OM/PD ROB ROBERTS has been let go.

SVP/SE Region TOM SCHURR told ALL ACCESS, "ROB is an outstanding person. During his time here he's made some very important contributions to the company and this cluster. We will begin a search for a new RVPP immediately. In the interim, SVPP MARC CHASE, and CRITICAL MASS VP/Marketing TODD SHANNON will assist Acting RVP/MM MIKE CRUSHAM with finding ROB's replacement."

ROBERTS commented to ALL ACCESS, "I've had a great run here, including some huge successes like the sign-ons of MEGA 94.9, and 103.5 THE BEAT, and continuing the legacy of Y100. That's more wins and successes than most get in an entire career.

"I have had a great time working with some of the best people in the business not only here in MIAMI, but in W. PALM BEACH, FT. PIERCE, and the FLORIDA KEYS, and for that I am forever thankful.
