CBS RADIO Top 40/Mainstream WXRK (92-3 NOW) is giving away meet-and-greet passes for a JUSTIN BIEBER party to the father of a 13-year-old girl for getting a BIEBER haircut.

JIM HEALY, 48, cut off more than 16 inches of his signature hair, which was donated to "Locks of Love," a charity that provides hairpieces for children with illnesses. Celebrity make-over artist GUY GUIDO did the shearing honors live on the "Rollin’ With NICK CANNON" morning show.

His daughter, KATIE ROSE, will meet JUSTIN tomorrow night in NYC at LUCKY STRIKE BOWLING ALLEY.
