BILLINGS COMMUNITY CABLE CORPORATION is assigning the construction permit for a new FM in BILLINGS, MT to PERFECT PITCH, LLC for no consideration. Both transferor and transferee are not-for-profit organizations.
In other FCC sales filings, LIFETALK BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION is donating the construction permit for WWTG/CARPENTERSVILLE, IL to CRYSTAL LAKE ADVENTIST FELLOWSHIP as a charitable contribution.
CALIFORNIA RADIO PARTNERS, INC. is selling the construction permit for KQZT/COVELO, CA to KATY M. HAYES for $1.
KESAN, INC. is selling the construction permit for noncommercial WJSE/SUMMERSVILLE, WV to EVANGELIST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $22,500.
In silent STA applications, RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE LLC has informed the FCC that its KJLN/SAC CITY, IA and KYME/ROCKFORD, IA have gone dark "due to inadequate long-term staffing and programming resources," CLEAR CHANNEL (CAPSTAR) has taken FM translator W300BQ/VERO BEACH, FL off the air "while the licensee continues to evaluate its long term plans for the facility," and GEORGIA EAGLE BROADCASTING, INC. has taken WDXQ/COCHRAN, GA off the air because its tower "was in a state of disrepair and in imminent danger of collapse. The tower is in the process of being replaced."
