GRAMMY AWARD-winning hip-hop group BONES THUGS-N-HARMONY had a sold-out concert in CLEVELAND, which resulted in one of their members being arrested and taken into custody. FLESH-N-BONE, whose real name is STANLEY HOWSE, was arrested, according to tour manager JOSH WILLIAMS. Some 50 CLEVELAND police officers were involved in the arrest, which stemmed from HOWSE’s outstanding arrest warrants.
Several policemen went backstage after the group took the stage at CLEVELAND’s HOUSE OF BLUES at 10:30p last night. The crowd, estimated at 1,000-plus were told that the show had been shut down. No one was injured during the incident. No final decision has been made regarding whether or not fans would be given a refund or vouchers good for other dates at the venue.
HOWSE, 36, resides in LOS ANGELES. This was believed to be his first visit to CLEVELAND in more than 10 years. HOWSE was sentenced to prison in 2000 for threatening a man with an AK-47 assault rifle. He was released in 2008.
