Internet entrepreneur MICHAEL ROBERTSON is launching a new online "personalized" radio service, BYO.FM, that will allow users to program their virtual "stations" with music from ROBERTSON's MP3TUNES.COM as well as news, weather and sports reports.
CNET reports that the news, weather, and sports information will be generated using a text-to-speech engine from CEPSTRAL reading information from a user's preferred websites in a voice selected by the user.
The service will be compatible with iPHONES, ANDROID and Internet radios.
