Elbert 'Hutch' Carlock Passes Away In Nashville

ALL ACCESS sends condolences to the family of ELBERT HUTCHINSON “HUTCH” CARLOCK, who passed away YESTERDAY (4/20) in NASHVILLE at age 86. HUTCH was instrumental in forming the COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION (CMA) and served as a board member. In 1953 he founded MUSIC CITY RECORD DISTRIBUTORS with an investment of $500, which grew into a multi-million dollar international corporation.
Visitation will be held TOMORROW (4/22) from 4-7p (CT) and FRIDAY (4/23) from noon-1p (CT) at SPRING HILL FUNERAL HOME in NASHVILLE. The funeral service will be held FRIDAY at 1p (CT) in the SPRING HILL FUNERAL HOME chapel.
