RENDA Top 40 KHTT (106.9 K-HITS)/TULSA host SCOTTY WYLDE tells ALL ACCESS, "the rise of graffiti in TULSA is a hot topic for us. The city heard the show and contacted me looking for volunteers. We decided to help out and asked the listeners if they would want to join us. We got a great response from people that want to give back to their community, so the WYLDE WAKEUP SHOW has created the 'K-HITS Community Crew'."
Beginning MONDAY, the show will be going out with listeners in small teams and painting over some of the graffiti in TULSA. They're planning on having a new project every month.
"Our SCOTTY IN THE POTTY toy drive for THE SALVATION ARMY is a big success every year, but that event is only around CHRISTMAS. We're looking for more ways to get involved all year long," added WYLDE.
