2nd Annual 'Mind For Music' Slated For June 4th
May 5, 2010 at 4:26 AM (PT)
The second annual MIND FOR MUSIC charity event happens at the HARD ROCK CAFE in ATLANTA on JUNE 4th. MIND FOR MUSIC supports the worthy cause of providing adaptive accommodations in school music classes for students with disabilities too severe to participate without assistance.
Already getting support from music heavy weights such as ROB THOMAS and BRIAN MICHAEL COX, MIND FOR MUSIC will once again feature the music of ATLANTA-based producer for PURPLE RIBBON ENTERTAINMENT and charity founder SIMON ILLA. Born with the brittle bone disease Osteogenesis Imperfecta, ILLA hopes that the use of his music in the MIND FOR MUSIC event will help show how much music education can enrich and change the lives of students with disabilities if given the proper resources.
